What is the easiest way to obtain vampire eyes effect using Adobe Photoshop 7?

You mean red and glowing eyes? All you really have to do is forst lighten the area slightly with Dodge tool, next, circle the general area with Lasso tool (make it as perfect as possible, but you can fix it later) . Then select Brush Tool, select the desired color, and select Multiply in Mode. Color the eyes and clean up the image with History Brush Tool. What is the easiest way to obtain vampire eyes effect using Adobe Photoshop 7?
You could use your ellipse (elliptical marquee tool) Select the first ellipse and paint bucket it black. Select a slightly smaller ellipse and press down the control key, keep it pressed down and center the smaller ellipse in the bigger ellipse. Paint bucket the second ellipse white. That will give you the eye shape. Now use the brush tool and set the diameter of the brush to be a little less than the ellipse eye. Center the brush tool where you want it in the ellipse and press the left mouse key. Pressing the mouse key more times allows the circular brush circle to expand. You will learn even more subtle tricks as you continue to learn and use Photoshop. I have used google images to build my own library of images and I have an ';Eye file'; for eyes. That makes things a lot easier. It takes a lot of practice and time to begin to appreciate the power of Adobe photoshop. I bought a tutorial that sped up my learning processs but I learned more by just using it after I got the basics down. It's well worth the effort...even for a nobody like me.
