Using Photoshop is there a way to substitute one color for another using specific values?

I do know about the levels feature, but I need to make my blacks into rich black for printing (c60, m40, y00, k100). any help would be greatly appreciated.Using Photoshop is there a way to substitute one color for another using specific values?
yeah. its really easy. obviously your document is in cmyk right now. highlight the color you want to change. then double click on that color where it shows it at the bottom of the tools. it will bring up 'color picker' on the right it will have either cmyk or rb values for each color, depending on the documents color mode. each color has a field that you can put in whatever value you want.Using Photoshop is there a way to substitute one color for another using specific values?
