when i want to look at a picture i dont want to start up photoshop.How to stop pictures opening with photoshop?
Right-click the file and 'open with' choose the program you want to open it with and tick the box that says always use this program.

go to My Computer and where a picture is located. Right click on the photo and select open with and click choose program. Choose the program you want your pictures to open with and check the always use the selected program to open this kind of file.
