How is colour matching done in photoshop?

I've got photoshop 7.0. It has not got a 'match color' command. Is there any other command to achieve the same goal or is there any other alternative other than photoshop to ahieve this???How is colour matching done in photoshop?
Use the eyedropper tool (it's in the toolbox) and click it on whatever color you wish to match. Your foreground color will change to this color. You can change the color of brushes, text, whatever tool you are using by clicking on the color options and then clicking in the foreground box after changing it to the color you matched. How is colour matching done in photoshop?
You can use color replacement tool.....it helps a lot at times...

Try using Photoshop CS2 and above it has all improvised tools and much easier to work on.....
