Use the lasso tool to highlight certain areas of the image. Then apply hue/saturation adjustment or any other color changing techniques. How do you make a certain object in a picture change colors photoshop?
There are a couple of ways to do it, but the technique is too complicated to describe in the answer to a Yahoo question.

You want to select the area of the bitmap that has the shirt (or whatever) in it and apply the color to that.

Check out some online photoshop tutorials for help.
1. Select the area you want to change by one of many methods.

a) lasso tool

b) pen tool

c) quickmask method (press q and color in the area you want selected w/ the brush tool then press q again to select)

etc

2. Once it's selected, press ctrl + u to change the hue/saturation/value.
You have to select it and press Ctrl+U and adjust the Hue %26amp; Saturation. Then you need to copy this layer and change it to a different color. Do save for web and devices and choose GIF and choose what frequency you want it to flash.(This may take some tinkering around with)
