I just want to make a very simple layout, no footers, no headers, and just two boxes where i can have text and i need one to scroll... does anyone know a good tutorial or can tell me in the simplest way possible? Thanks.How do you make a website layout on photoshop?
Photoshop is just for bitmap editing. It has tools for preparing graphics for the web, but beyond that you must code the page or use something like Dreamweaver to build your scrolling effect.
