How do i fix the weird lines that appear when i open photoshop cs4?

i can't find any way to remove them

that looks like a video card driver glitch, try getting the latest updated driver for your display adapter, and on photoshop go to Edit%26gt;Preferences%26gt; Performance on the GPU settings box try unticking or ticking the enable OpenGL drawing, restart photoshop and see if that helps, also try getting the OpenGL thing and install it properly. hope this helps.How do i fix the weird lines that appear when i open photoshop cs4?
I personally find that if I just shutdown Photoshop %26amp; restart it, that that's the easiest ';quick fix'; rather trying to trouble shoot for 10 minutes with no success.
