iv'e seen some pics where someones shirt changes different colors like red green and blue, they are flashingHow do you make a certain object in a picture change colors photoshop?
I don't know how to make it flash colors, but to just change the color, what I do is outline the part I want to change with the polygonal lasso tool and adjust the color balance, selective color, etc.
