because ive recently created a picture as my signature for a forum but i don't know how to render the picture properly (if that is the correct phrase) well to put it fully. If you mean that you want it as a picture file, then you have to save it not as a PSD file. You might simply be saving it as a photoshop file so you can't really view it as a picture. For forums or posting online, it's best that the picture should be in JPEG or GIF or BITMAP format.
