Just download a program called GIMP. It's free and does all the basics plus a lot of the more advanced stuff. there are guides all over the net for how to use it.How do I photoshop pictures so I can like mess with it or write stuff on it or add things to it?
you need photoshop





there are a tone of tools in left hand tools bar that let you do that stuff.





if you want text in your picture then you need to select the text tools and drag a box, then you can type in that box and at the top of the screen you can change the font and color and stuff.
You need to actually install Photoshop and use it. It has a variety of tools to achieve these kinds of things. It has a great Help file, and the internet is full of tutorials on using Photoshop.

pics on to a pic and add writing. ect... its great. love it.
